Google Now can create location-based reminders for you. Try asking Google Now to remind you about something when you arrive at a location like home or work.
Google Now can give you a weather forecast for your current location or you can specify another city to find out the weather there.
Google Now can start a timer for you. This one combined with "Ok Google" functionality is particularly useful in the kitchen.
Google Now can even change the settings on your phone! Ask it to turn on Wi-Fi, or to turn the brightness up a little bit.
